Treat yourself to 75 minutes a week of self-love and self-healing. Allow the practice of yoga and mindfulness to begin to heal the effects of toxic stress and trauma that have accumulated over the years.
***Cost is $45 per session.***
At this 8 week Women’s Therapeutic Yoga series you will:
Learn the different ways toxic stress can show up in our day to day lives.
Practice yoga poses and breathing techniques that will heal your nervous system.
Gain a greater sense of control over your thoughts and emotions.
Feel connected to other women who are experiencing similar stressors.
Teach your mind and body to be able to connect into the present moment.
What to expect in a class:
All mats and yoga supplies are provided. Please bring water, and wear comfortable clothing.
No prior yoga experience necessary.
First part of class will include a check-in and brief discussion about toxic stress and how it is impacting us.
Last part of class will include a 10 minute relaxation.
This is a blend between a therapeutic process group and a yoga class. This means students will have the option to share personal experiences in a confidential, safe space.
Weekly attendance is strongly encouraged, because we will be building on what we learn.
Students will need to sign consent for group therapy and yoga.
Participants must identify as female, and be 15 years old and up.
Space is limited to no more than 8 students per class.
What are my parking options for getting to and from the event?
You may park for free anywhere around our building, called The Troy Center.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
You can contact Crystal Hines at 720-288-3695 or CrystalBouchard13@gmail.com.
What’s the refund policy?
Due to the therapeutic nature of the class, I ask that you let me know a week in advance if you need to cancel your RSVP. You will receive a full refund up to 7 days before the class.
