Fit for the 4th Trimester

Join personal trainer Aubree Wenning and registered dietitian Tracy Mann as they provide education and support for your 4th trimester. 

Both moms themselves, Aubree and Tracy want to encourage mental, physical, and nutritional fitness during the precious post partum period. Ideal participants will be in the first 6-12 weeks after birth.

What to expect:

Week 1: October 8th will be a slightly longer “workshop” format from 1:00-2:30. It will include an orientation to the fitness studio, a brief overview of important nutritional aspects in the first 12 weeks post partum, and a presentation discussing psychological and emotional impacts of motherhood by counselor Louise Brown.

Weeks 2-7: Each remaining Tuesday will consist of a 40-45 minute workout and 15-20 minute nutrition topic discussion (topics can be requested, otherwise will include a review of energy and nutrients needs after pregnancy and meal planning strategies for when energy and time are lacking). Food and recipes will be supplied each week!

**A minimum of 6 participants is required**
