A Dinner with Real Talk

A Dinner with Real Talk

Dinner. Drinks. In a garden.

Does that sound like a sweet Thursday night, or what?

To make it even sweeter, we’re adding some genuine people in with a side of meaningful and fun conversation.

Let’s end the workweek off right…together!

FAQs

Who will be at the event?

Each one of our events brings together amazing individuals who are excited to bring their authentic selves and get to know others who value honesty, vulnerability and deep connection.

These events are intentially intimate so we can all connect with one and other. Most people come without knowing anyone, but you are welcome to bring a friend who would be excited about this idea.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

We encouraged walking, biking, light rail, the bus, carpooling, Lyft/Uber. There is some parking in the neighborhood. If you want help coordinating carpooling please email us at community@nosmalltalkdenver.org.

Is there anything I should know about this event?

Yes, we are so glad you asked!

We found it best to make these connections based on these main principles:

  • Arrive within the first 15 minutes of the party, so by 6:45pm. It’s not a party until everyone is there!

  • No cell phones- You are encouraged to check-in your cell phone and other technology at the start of the event and check-out at the end. We understand that personal and work situations arise that prevent you from doing this.

  • No small talk– don’t worry, conversation will be facilitated and questions will be provided.

  • Follow established community ground rules

What can I bring into the event?

Just yourself and openness to really connect with others! Feel free to invite a friend you think would add to the evening.

What does the $30 ticket cover?

Dinner, mocktails, cocktails and an evening of meaningful connection.

We all know that neither drinks or food aren’t free..

Because we want to make these events wonderful, we ask that you purchase a $30 ticket at time of RSVP..

And don’t worry about the $30 price tag, you’d likely spend more than that for a few hours on the town.. that could be the price of a few beverages at some places in Denver..

If $30 is way out of your budget but you would like to attend, volunteer exchange tickets available upon request just email community@nosmalltalkdenver.org.
